Pretoriuskop camp at Kruger National Park

The swimming pool at Pretoriuskop camp is part rock, pity it was more than a little bit chilly

After 2 nights at Berg en Dal camp we spent our last night in the Kruger Park at Pretoriuskop camp with Dad. This time there wasn’t a single unit for us to stay together, we were split between rondavels 20, 21 and 22. It is a joy and a privilege to stay in the Kruger park but I do often find that SAN Parks scrimp on small things which would make a big difference and it feels a bit mean. It was irksome that the rooms and communal kitchen didn’t have an urn or kettle, and it wouldn’t hurt them to at least provide cups or mugs.

The beautiful Sabie Star or Impala Lily
This cheeky Ground Hornbill pecked on our car. I love their eye lashes
Maybe there are so many bird pics because I love playing with the zoom on my little Canon SX 620. This Yellowbilled Hornbill was way high in a tree
A white fronted bee eater, yup more playing with camera
We were fortunate to see many Elephant on this trip to Kruger Park

I am so grateful to live in such a unique and beautiful country. God bless Africa
